Where do I start?
» Simple. Register > Create an Event > Add Funds (if required) > Launch Event
Wait... Add Funds? It isn't free?
» Small events (up to 100 people) with no special needs are Free. However, we also want to provide a professional tool to those that need it. So, if your event is larger or requires a certain module, you should be able to pay for it. Check our prices.
Why are the prices per Registration?
» Events are oriented into accepting registrations. It's the number that defines the event logistics, so it's the number that defines our logistics.
Why do I have to "Launch an Event"?
» Each event with us gets its personalized website and database. It was a design choice to insure future flexibility. Meaning that if needed the event can be decoupled and run elsewhere. Because of that, the launch is a confirmation step to starting using the Event Management software.
You mean there are two softwares?
» Yes. There is one running this website and another to run your event. In theory, each event gets a copy of the Event Management software.
What if I don't need a website for the event?
» The website and its content management system comes free with software. You don't need to use it to take advantage of the registration form.
Do I have to do everything to get the event going?
» Yes. This platform is geared towards complete autonomy. We are only here to add new features, fix bugs and maintain the servers. However, we do have a premium service to support you in the configuration of your event. Check it out
